We were specifically told that the children had to wear socks no shoes, and there was a broken plate(glass) on the floor, that they didn't clean up. The gate to the kitchen and toilet was left open. Coffee cups aren't even closed they are open coffee cups which is very dangerous in a play centre. And no gloves were used to handle food.

I like it that there is always someone cleaning the tables, chairs etc. to ensure the area is hygienic. There is a nice variety of reasonably priced foods and drinks available for purchase. The play area is great for children under the age of 3. Some of the equipment is getting a tad old and will need to be replaced (e.g. stitching coming undone on steps). My son has so much fun exploring and playing. We like to go once a week.
